It could be that the eggs you used had more yellow yolks. One other thing I thought of that may have also made yours a little more dense is the first beating of the eggs and sugar. Maybe my mixer speed is faster than yours? I hope the taste is still good for you. Sorry for delay in answered your question. I have been watching CNN a lot lately. I appreciate your comment. Let me know if you liked it.Nippon Ninhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08056339055715515833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574493884813022714.post-4743831631212479792011-03-17T12:23:23.220-07:002011-03-17T12:23:23.220-07:00Hi

And my cake kinda came out flatter than yours. Any suggestions? I'm hoping it tastes just as good though...Carolynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574493884813022714.post-14821916769424676702011-02-15T11:11:28.687-08:002011-02-15T11:11:28.687-08:00Jacob,

Go to Japan." I know he meant that he went to Japan, but it sounded like he was telling his customers to go to Japan...like if his shop is closed that's the only other place to get authentic kasutera. Well now we can just make it ourselves. Yes! I still want to try the ones that Akira makes though.Jacobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06217894930278784676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6574493884813022714.post-5402600143861564182011-02-09T10:29:15.588-08:002011-02-09T10:29:15.588-08:00Susan,
